Method of determination of plasma isotope composition from high resolution spectrum
Description
A method of nonreference certification of the isotope composition of substance is considered when analysing it by quantitative emission spectroscopy. The method is based on treatment of spectral line profiles taking into account the Doppler broadening effect on the background of their overlapping. Certified isotopic mixture of natural lithium with concentration of 6Li and 7Li correspondingly 7.53 and 92.47% is investigated. Concentrations of 6Li and 7Li correspondingly (7.5±0.05)% and (92.5±0.05)% parameter of contour β=0.0934, relative mean square deviation 7% are obtained as a result of determination
