Concrete behaviour during fast dynamics

  • 1. Faculte des Sciences et des Techniques de Nantes (France)

Description

This article concerns in the study of the concrete behaviour subjected to high solicitations like impact or blast. The concrete is modelise by a viscodamage law with an unilateral character. This law is introduced in the program Code LS-DYNA3D. Firstly, we show the pertinence of the law to describe the effect of the rate load on the behaviour of the material. After, we simulate the tests realised by Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar by a finite element method in the three dimensional space. (orig.)
