Effect of hydrostatic pressure on superconductivity of fluorinated Hg0.8Ba2Ca2Cu3.2O8+δ

Description
The measurements of the hydrostatic pressure effect on the temperature of the transition to the superconducting state of the fluorinated HTSC of the cuprate phase Hg-1223 with the Tc(opt) = 138 K are carried out. The high derivative by pressure, equal to 11.0 K/GPa and Tc = 153.5 K by P = 1.5 GPa, is identified. The obtained results are discussed in the light of the works, relative to the synthesis of such samples

Проведены измерения влияния гидростатического давления на температуру перехода в сверхпроводящее состояние фторированного ртутного ВТСП купрата фазы Hg-1223, имеющего Тc(опт) = 138 К. Обнаружена высокая производная по давлению, равная 11.0 К/ГПа и Тс = 153.5 К при Р = 1.5 ГПа. Полученные результаты обсуждаются в свете работ по синтезу таких образцовAdditional details
