Description
Results of the temperature dependence of the maximum Josephson current in junctions using vanadium as base layer has been investigated. The experimental data refer to samples employing different materials as counterelectrodes and either native oxide or cadmium sulphide as barrier layers. The comparison of the various experimental data provides useful informations on the properties of vanadium-based junctions. (orig.)
