Nitrogen-alloyed martensitic steels
Description
A report is presented on initial results with pressure-nitrided martensitic steels. In heat-resistant steels, thermal stability and toughness are raised by nitrogen. In cold work steel, there is a more favourable corrosion behaviour. (orig./MM)

Es wird ueber erste Ergebnisse an druckaufgestickten martensitischen Staehlen berichtet. In warmfesten Staehlen erhoeht Stickstoff die Warmfestigkeit und Zaehigkeit. In Kaltarbeitsstaehlen ergibt sich ein guenstigeres Korrosionsverhalten. (orig./MM)Additional details
