Description
Basic circuits of subnanosecond voltage pulse shapers, on the base of GaAs-fast integrated circuits, used in fiber-optical transmission lines, in nuclear electronics and physical experiment technique, are described. They make it possible to shape voltage pulses with pulse loading and trailing edges of 250-400 ps at up to 1 GHz repetition frequency, the load being 50 Ω
