On the quadrupole pairing constants
Description
Multipole-multipole interaction in a particle-particle channel with different ratios between nn, pp, and np constants is investigated. The energies of the 21+ and 31- states and the probabilities of E2 and E3 transitions with different values of the constants of new forces ''restoring'' the gradient invariance of the nuclear hamiltanian are calculated for Te and Cd isotopes
