Study on application of setting centrifuge rotational speed control in technological process

Description
The setting centrifuge of reprocessing pilot plant is a kind of rotating equipment. Its main function is to remove the insoluble residue in the spent fuel dissolved solution. It adopts the control mode of variable frequency speed regulation. Because the critical rotational speed decided by the inherent structural characteristics of thp setting centrifuges, the scientific and effective control method is adopted. By constantly optimizing the operation parameters of the setting centrifuge under various process operating conditions such as speed, acceleration time and deceleration time, the amplitude of the vibration is reduced effectively. Also the operational stability and separation efficiency are improved. (authors)
