Description
The stability of safety valves and check valves mainly depends on the hydrodynamic conditions through the valve. In some cases, the dynamic characteristics of the component must be altered (inertia, additional damping device) in order to obtain the stable behavior of the valve with the loads of the system under normal and accident operating conditions.
