Measurement and break-up of low-contaminated materials from exploitation of NPP into the environment

Description

Measurement for break-up of low-contaminated materials into the environment is generally accepted as a standard method for minimisation of radioactive wastes from exploitation and decommissioning of NPPs in the present time. Measurement and break-up of materials from exploitation and decommissioning of NPPs in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic was developed to standard praxis. The AllDeco company was started this process in 2002. Exploitation of two measurement stations is simple and safe and in consistency with all requirements and legislative in this area. Limits for break-up and measurement procedures are similar with limits and procedures used in other countries of the European Union (Germany, Sweden) (authors)
