Percolation character of dependences of thermal and electric conductivity of YBa2Cu3Oδ-Ag composite on silver volume concentration
Description
Electrical resistance within the temperature range of 78-300 K and heat conductivity within the range of 65-150 K were studied on samples of YBa2Cu3Oδ-Ag composite material obtained through cold molding at 930 and 500 deg C. Concentration dependences of electrical resistance and heat conductivity were analyzed within the silver concentration range of 0-50 vol.%. Systems with substitution are characterized by worse properties due to crystal lattice distortion, because Ag has greater atomic radius as compared to Cu. Higher superconducting properties in samples with intergrain silver positions are indicated
