Evaluation of benfurodil vasodilator effects using radioactive ortho-iodine-hippurate
Description
In 15 lower limbs of patients with arterial obstructive disease it is studied the arterial blood flow before and after the arterial injection on benfurodil. The method consisted of the arterial injection Hippuran-131I and the analysis of its clearance curves in the leg. The results showed a significant increase of the arterial flow after the use of benfurodil
