Present chapter of book is devoted to thermodynamic characteristics of the decomposition process of individual lanthanoid borohydrides. The system analysis of thermodynamic properties of hexaboride of lanthanoids was conducted. Thermodynamic characteristics of thermal decomposition process of lanthanoid borohydrides were defined.
