Description
In this paper, the measures adopted by the member States of European Union in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions are presented. After The Hague Conference, it will be very important to reach an agreement on the international emission trading system. At the same time, EU member States have to implement very tough measures in order to match Kyoto objectives. To this regard, the measures contained in the Eccp (European climatic change program) are discussed

L'articolo espone le misure adottate in ambito europeo dagli Stati membri per ridurre le emissioni di gas a effetto serra. Dopo la conferenza dell'Aja, sara' molto importante raggiungere un accordo sul sistema internazionale di commercio di diritti di emissione. Allo stesso tempo, gli Stati membri dell'Unione Europea dovranno implementare misure molto restrittive per soddisfare gli obiettivi di Kyoto.
