Description
The present paper is a first step towards a quantitative assessment of the role of two-step processes in inelastic proton scattering. The authors are only interested in pickup-stripping reactions of the (p-d-p') type, which have a weak energy dependence. The results are related to the insecurity factors connected with a description of the first-order DWBA. (orig./WL)

(orig./WL)
