Influence exerted by a number of sulfur-containing radioprotectors on the evacuative function of the stomach in mice

Description

In the course of experiments with white nonpedigree mice it has been shown, that sulfur-containing radioprotectors at doses by two orders less, than those having radioprotective effect in peroral application considerably change evacuative function of the stomach. The given property of the sulfur-containing radioprotectors depends on their chemical texture. The evacuative function of mice stomach is effected in the most pronounced way by dichloride hydrate cystamine, aminealkilthiophosphates and mercaptoamidenes. In a less pronounced way the above mentioned property is expressed in cystaphos and dichlorid hydrate cystamine. The data obtained permit to explain the perculiarities of toxic and radioprotective effects of various preparations in case of peroral intake
