Glass formation in the system Cd-As-Ge
Description
Present article is devoted to glass formation in the system Cd-As-Ge. The glasses based on Cd As in the system Cd-As-Ge under the appropriate heating and cooling modes were studied. The temperatures of vitrification and crystallization were defined.
