Description
Principle designs of hydralic circuits of the reactor, turbine and gas system of the RBMK type reactor are given on the example of the Leningrad-1 reactor. Among those considered in the reactor cooling systems are the multiple forced convection circuit, the feed water flow rate control unit, the blowdown water cooling system, the reactor control system channel cooling circuit, the reflector and lateral biological shielding cooling system, the ECCS. The turbine circuit, the condensate purification system, steam-collectors and-recievers, as well as the hydrogen combustion system are depicted in a nutshell. Major technological characteristics are given for all the systems described
