Recent developments in the law relating to atomic energy and radiation protection

Description
Recent developments show that the legal provisions governing atomic energy and radiation protection proved to be efficient, and will continue so. Further efforts on the part of the law-making authorities ought to be directed towards more definiteness of provisions, making future requirements more foreseeable. The tasks remaining for the executive and the courts, namely to interpret existing laws in order to assure proper implementation, still is a heavy burden, also if one takes into account one of the last developments, the principle of 'dynamic protection of basic human rights'. Das Atom- und Strahlenschutzrecht wird sich auch kuenftig bewaehren. Die neueren Entwicklungen lassen diesen Schluss zu. Allerdings zeigen sie auch, dass der Gesetz- und Verordnungsgeber mit seinen Anstrengungen nicht nachlassen sollte, fuer mehr Bestimmtheit und damit fuer mehr Vorhersehbarkeit zu sorgen. Das der Exekutive und der Rechtsprechung im Wege der Auslegung Verbleibende ist eine Buerde, und zwar auch in Ansehung des durch die Weiterentwicklung der Technik bedingten 'dynamischen Grundrechtsschutzes'.
