Features of fine structure of Ni3Fe alloy, doped with titanium and molybdenum
Creators
Description
Some features of fine structure of a solid solution of the Ni3Fe alloy doped with titanium and molybdenum and a composition corresponding to the best combination of magnetic soft and strength properties are investigated. The process of solid solution lamination with a removal of molybdenum atoms from the matrix accompanied by the unit spacing of the lattice decrease, the Curie point increase, and the development of microstresses proceeeds at the initial annealing stage. The short-range order taks in the atloy. A a devetopment of the short-range order is observed according to the L12 superstructure type at the latest annealing stage. Its degree grows with an increase of annealing duration. Introduction of defects in the process of cold working leads to a precipitation of a small amount of hexagonal ordered Ni3Ti phase, apparently forming on annealing along boundaries of grains and blocks. The alloy possesses the highest initial susceptibility after the process of solid solution lamination and before the beginning of the formation of short-range order and hexagonal ordered phase. It is possible to assume that high-values of initial susceptibility are conditioned by matrix composition and also by a lack of antiphase boundaries
