Formation of A2B2O7 (A - Ca, Sr; B - Nb, Ta) ferroelectrics under combustion conditions
Description
The possibility of synthesis of difficulty fusible ferroelectric compounds A2B2O7 (A - Ca, Sr; B - Nb, Ta) during the interaction reactions oxidizer (A(NO3)2) + reducer (polysaccharide) by type of combustion is shown. It is established that formation of crystal lattices of the A2B2O7 compounds in the reaction combustion zone occurs at temperatures exceeding the temperatures of their melting. The peculiarities of the A2B2O7 compounds formation under combustion conditions include the synthesis rapidity (2-4 s) high density of atoms packaging in the final products and vicissitude of the A2B2O7 synthesis with phase formation at the first stage with the highest temperatures. 9 refs., 2 figs., 4 tabs
