Josephson properties of Nb film bridges with controllable critical current

Description
Current-voltage characteristics and temperature dependences of critical current and normal resistances are measured on Nb film bridge produced by applying current pulses to a bridge in a controllable way. The bridges with Ic <or approx. 100 μA are shown to have distinct Josephson properties. A planar dc SQUID with flux resolution δΦ=1x1x10-4 Φ0xHz-1/2 is fabricated
