Triboluminescence spectra of γ-irradiated rat blood

Description
Triboluminescence (TL) of rat blood 3 h after whole-body single exposute to γ (0.25, 1, 3, and 5 Gy) exhibited positive coefficient of correlation ρ=0.99 (at a wave length of 412 nm) with radiation dose. The effect of ionizing radiation on the animal body caused changes in blood TL within the fixed areas of the spectral range, whose fluctuation parameters were conditioned by specifically significant radiobiological changes and nonspecific adaptive reactions
