Full text: In modern times the most promising method of conversion of solar energy to electrical energy is photoelectric method. It is expected that the amount of carbon dioxide emitted into the atmosphere over the next 20 years will be decreased by 350 million tons, and in 2030 the power of the sun photoenergy will exceed 650 QVt. The most important disadvasntage of conventional solar cells is their low energy efficiency.
