Mass-spectrometric study of Ga-Te system

Description
Vapour composition, character of GaTe and Ga2Te3 compounds sublimation, thermodynamic characteristics of the reaction describing the GaTesub(s) - vapour equilibrium and the control of Ga3Te2 compound existence is performed. In the course of investigation of vapour composition in the gallium-tellurium system it has been found that GaTe is sublimated congruently, Ga2Te3 compound is sublimated incongruently. The absence of Ga3Te2 compound is confirmed. It is shown mass-spectrometrically and thermographicaly that gallium monotelluride homogeneity region does not comprise 50 at.% Te composition
