A permittivity of quasi two-dimensional semiconductor nanostructures

Description
Spatial and time dispersions of the permittivity of electron gas in quasi two-dimensional nanostructures are studied. For the first time, the analytical expressions for the permittivity of a quantum dot as the δ-function and the finite square-well potential are derived. The criterion of passage to strongly two-dimensional and strongly three-dimensional cases is obtained

Исследуется пространственная и временная дисперсия диэлектрической проницаемости электронного газа в квазидвумерных квантовых наноструктурах. Впервые выведены аналитические выражения для диэлектрической проницаемости в случае квантовой ямы в виде δ-функции и прямоугольной ямы конечной глубины.
