Spectra of nonscattered neutrons and distribution density of total neutron cross section
Description
The measurement results of the T(t) neutron transmjssion function under conditions of ''a good geometry'' for iron, nickel and titanium are discussed. The values of the transmission functions, obtained by the time-of-flight method at the LEA-25 and using a continuous reactor beam, are compared with the measurement results of the T(p, n) reaction neutrons. The examples of the distribution density of the total neutron cross section P(σ), restoAed by the measured transmission function T(t), are given
