Lagrangian for a system of charged particles to higher-order terms

Description

The complete Lagrangian of a closed system of charged particles interacting with each other up to the fourth order terms which does not emit dipole radiation is given. On the other hand, the Lagrangian of two charged particles is applied to find the corresponding Hamiltonian. (author)
