Indium-tellurium-chlorine system

Description
Interaction of the components in the system indium-tellurium-chlorine has been studied by the method of differential thermographic analysis combined with X-ray phase and crystal optical methods. The formation of InTeCl has been noted which melts congruently at 453 deg C. Triangulation of the system In-Te-Cl has been performed and the liquidus surface has been plotted on the basis of the twenty polythermal sections obtained, nine of which are stable
