Definition of solar proton parameters in the vicinity of the Earth by radiobursts

  • 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Zemnogo Magnetizma, Ionosfery i Rasprostraneniya Radiovoln

Description

The time parameters of the basic ensemble of proton phenomena in the Sun, including the increase in proton fluxes, are analyzed. Events referring mainly to the period of 1965-1969, with a maximum intensity of proton fluxes near the Earth in the energy range from E > 10,30,60 MeV, are considered. The heliolongitude of the flares and the corresponding ratio bursts are taken into account. As a result of the analysis, the regularities in the drop of the intensity of the proton fluxes in the vicinity of the Earth are established and expressed in terms of time reference functions. A scheme of quantitative diagnostics of proton flares on the base of radioemission is proposed
