Description

We propose a mechanism for heating the emission-line nebulae seen in some cooling flow clusters and for possibly heating the inner regions of the cooling flow as well. We suggest that the sound waves generated by galaxy motions in the outer cooling regions are focused inwards by the inwardly falling sound speed. (author)
