Difficulties in radiodiagnosis of respiratory sarcoidosis
Description
On the basis of analysis of 157 case records, the difficulties of clinicoroentgenological diagnostics of sarcoidosis in the case of rare (atypical) changes in lungs are presented. The significance of transbronchial paracentetic biopsy of lymph nodes and lungs to specity the diagnosis is shown. 5 refs
