Description
The Sellafield Repository Project Information Programme is designed to maintain a constant low-key flow information and seeks to avoid peaks of activity that raise the profile and provide a focus for anti-nuclear demonstrations or other publicity opportunities. There is a good base of support and acceptance and the main risk is damaging that by the use of high pressure pro-active techniques. A measured approach, regularly checked and monitored by qualitative and quantitative research appears to be the best in these circumstances
