SAXS analysis of rapidly solidified Al92V3Fe3Zr2 ribbon

Description
Deformed scattering of Al-based ribbons prepared by the rapid solidification showed isotropic isointensity curves in the q region higher than 0.035 A-1. The size distribution of the precipitates was calculated from the isotropic parts of the scattering intensity and compared with the result of the Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner theory
