Synthesis of 2-[18F]fluorine-L-tyrosine and comparative investigation of it accumulation in neoplasm rat gliomas 35 and in inducted center of inflammation in laboratory animals

Description
Comparative investigation of 2-[18F]fluorine-L-tyrosine accumulation in neoplasms (rat gliomas 35) and in sterile inflammation center is done. For 2-[18F]fluorine-L-tyrosine preparation the method of interphase chiral catalysis, proposed earlier, is used. Obtained data show that the method of positron computed tomography with two radiotracers (2-[18F]fluorine-L-tyrosine and 2-[18F]-2-desoxy-D-glucose) permits to realize differentiated diagnostics of neoplasms and inflammation centre

Проведено сравнительное исследование накопления 2-[18F]фтор-L-тирозина в опухоли (крысиная глиома 35) и стерильном абсцессе. Для получения 2-[18F]фтор-L-тирозина использовали предложенный ранее метод межфазного хирального катализа. Полученные данные показывают, что использование двух радиотрейсеров (2-[18F]фтор-L-тирозина и 2-[18F]фтор-2-дезокси-D-глюкозы) позволит осуществить дифференцированную диагностику опухоли и очага воспаления методом позитронной компьютерной томографииAdditional details
