Description
In this talk, we impose several restrictions on the KM matrix elements which we feel are quite reasonable based on the existing pattern of the known matrix elements. Our investigation seems to indicate that, if (t', b') are responsible for at least some part of B-anti B mixing, mt, > or approx. 500 GeV. We also find that their contributions to rare B decays are minimal. Finally, their effect on CP violation of B meson decays is modified in a well controlled manner. (orig./HSI)
