Peculiarities of electric conductivity at alternating current and static dielectric permittivity in La2CuO4+δ at metamagnetic transition

Description
It is detected that metamagnetic transition (MT) in La2CuO4, leading to superconductivity jump on the alternating current σ=σ0+σ(ω), produces a notably different effect on σ0 and σ(ω) values, where σ0 is the conductivity on the direct current, ω is metering frequency. Static electric permitivity behaviour ε0 under MT is discussed and it is supposed that the observed changes of σ0, σ(ω), ε0 values can be connected with the change of impurity localization radius
