Data on temperature and radiation effects on the properties of concrete and metal, calculational dependences for account of the effects of prestressing, internal pressure and temperature, are given. Requirements to heat insulation, cooling system and pressurization are described. The systems of vessel prestressing, channeling structures, support and anchor devices are described
