The distribution of Sn2+ after application as a complex

Description
On animal experiments was shown that Sn2+ after i.v. application with 113Sn as radioactive indicator was deposited in the skeleton. Experiments were done with citrat-, tartrat-, pyrophosphat-, phosphat- and Sn2+/HCl-complexes. The importance of the results for the use of Sn2+-solutions in nuclear medicine for men are discussed. Abstract (German)
Im Tierversuch an Ratten wurde gezeigt, dass Sn2+ nach i.v. Gabe mit 113Sn als radioaktivem Indikator in den Knochen angereichert wird. Geprueft wurden Citrat-, Tartrat-, Pyrophosphat-, Phosphat- und Sn2+/HCl-Komplexe. Die Folgerungen fuer die Anwendung der Sn2+-Loesungen in der Nuklearmedizin werden diskutiert.
