Description
We have made theoretical investigations on the structure of high-spin states of 80Kr within the frame-work of cranked Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory employing a pairing + quadrupole + hexadecapole model interaction. Dependence of shape on the spin, g factor, alignment of proton as well as neutron 0g9/2 orbital along with backbending phenomenon are investigated up to a high spin J = 24. We have found excellent agreement with the experimental values and other theoretical calculations.
