Software complex AS (automation of spectrometry). Management of an environment sample

Description

Complication of experimental instruments, their occasional reconstruction, experimental technique variations have stimulated a development of a program complex allowing an easy assembling of distributed Experiment Automation System (EAS) using ready modules. The basic attention is devoted to the invariance of programs with respect to changes in the experimental technique, allowing a physicist to control the spectrometer configuration without involving programmers and minimization of expenses for driver development. Universal base programs and drivers for device management are used in the complex. Drivers can be written in any programming language, their functional code is minimized. We define CONTROL computer, FRONTEND computers and computers-OBSERVERS in the EAS structure based on their functionality. The main function of the FRONTEND one is management of the connected spectrometer equipment. The program complex realization allows an easy scaling of the Experiment Automation System, the increase of the number of controllers, the use of the FRONTEND computers working under any OS.
