Description
Magnetization process of FeCo(2 nm)/GdFeCo(100 nm) bilayer was investigated using anomalous Hall effect. Hall loop of the bilayer composed of rare-earth-rich GdFeCo revealed the change of magnetization reversal in the FeCo top layer. The magnetization behavior of FeCo(2 nm) was clearly observed and the simulation result is in good agreement with it. It is hard to observe such magnetization behavior by conventional magnetization measurement methods, such as VSM
