Influence of technological heredity on damage of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel welded joints under creep during operation

Description
Dependence of operational damage of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel welded joint creep by micropores on softening within 6-16% of HAZ metal occuring under welding and considered as welding technology heredity is ascertained. It is recommended to limit the linear energy by 5-6 MY/m under 300 deg C heating temperature when welding steam pipe-lines of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steels for improving the serviceability of welded joints which are under continuous joints which are under continuous operation at 540-560 deg C
