Ordering in two-component solutions with complex lattice having two long-range order parameters
Description
Calculation results for ordering in a certain model system, representing a two-component solid solution, where atoms may easily redistribute between the points of two inserted into each other sublattices, and where for description of forming order in each of sublattices introduction of two long-range parameters is necessary, are presented. The effect of energy constant relative value on sequence of superlattices, forming during solution cooling, is studied. It is suggested that model system contains the main characteristic features of ordered interstitial solutions, such as Nb-H and Ta-H, that permits to draw definite conclusions on the process, occuring in hydrogen subsystem of these solutions
