Post-radiotherapy morphea in a patient with breast cancer. About a case

Description
We report the case of a caucasian woman of 44 years old with no personal medical history. She was diagnosed breast carcinoma and underwent right partial mastectomy with adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Four years after the intervention, presented a indurated plaque. Biopsy was performed and the diagnosis of morphea was confirmed by histopathological examination. (authors)

Se presenta el caso de una mujer caucásica de 44 años de edad sin antecedentes patológicos personales. Debido a un carcinoma de mama fue sometida a mastectomía parcial derecha, con tratamiento coadyuvante de radioterapia y quimioterapia. Cuatro años después comenzó a presentar en área irradiada una placa esclerodermiforme, confirmándose el diagnostico mediante estudio histopatológico de morfea. (autores)Additional details
