Description
A remote handling holding and positioning device for the nuts of a remotely screwed pipeline flange situated on the back of a fixed flange is described. Loose and fixed flanges of the pipeline flange have three through holes each with the same pattern of holes. In order to create a holding and positioning device, which is suitable for remote handling in a nuclear plant, it is proposed that the nuts should be fastened to a triangular frame corresponding to the hole pattern of the flange. One side of the frame is open to set it on the pipe support of the fixed flange. A guide trough is fitted to the pipe support, into which a guide peg on the frame can be inserted at right angles to the nut plane. A stop is fitted to limit the movement of the frame away from the fixed flange. The frame is provided with a handling hook projecting beyond the flange diameter. The centre of gravity of the whole device produces lining up after setting it in line with the through holes. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Es wird eine fernhantierbare Halte- und Positioniervorrichtung fuer die auf der Rueckseite eines Festflansches angeordneten Muttern einer fernhantiert schraubbaren Rohrleitungsflanschverbindung beschrieben. Los- und Festflansch der Rohrleitungsflanschverbindung weisen unter gleichem Lochbild je drei Durchgangsbohrungen auf. Um eine Halte- und Positioniervorrichtung zu schaffen, die sich fuer den fernhantierten Einsatz in einer kerntechnischen Anlage gut eignet, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Muttern entsprechend des Lochbildes der Flansche an einem dreieckfoermigen Rahmen befestigt sind. Eine Seite des Rahmens ist zum Aufsetzen auf dem Rohrstutzen des Festflansches offen. Auf dem Rohrstutzen ist eine Fuehrungsmulde angebracht, in die ein senkrecht zu der Mutternebene am Rahmen angeordneter Fuehrungsstift einlegbar ist. Es ist ein die Ausweichbewegung des Rahmens vom Festflansch weg begrenzender Anschlag angeordnet. Der Rahmen ist mit einem ueber den Flanschdurchmesser hinausragenden Handhabungshaken versehen. Der Schwerpunkt der gesamten Vorrichtung bewirkt eine Ausrichtung nach dem Aufsetzen fluchtend zu den Durchgangsbohrungen. (orig.)Files
