Description
Boundary conditions for unconventional superconducting order parameters at a superconductor-to-insulator boundary with a combination of diffusive and specular scattering are derived from quasiclassical weak-coupling theory for a general Fermi surface. The resulting variational result for the extrapolation length is compared to recent numerical results for a d-wave order parameter and good agreement is found. (author)
