Synthesis, labelling and biodistribution study of new 99Tcm-labelled benzamide dopamine D2 receptor imaging agents

Description
In developing 99Tcm-labelled dopamine D2 receptor imaging agents, three new substituted benzamide compounds are designed and synthesized. By tethering a S3 chelate system onto them, three technetium 3 + 1 complexes are formed. Initial synthesis and radiolabeling suggest that the 99Tcm complexes are neutral and lipophilic. Labelling yield is over 85%. The brain uptake of three 99Tcm complexes is higher than the data reported in literature
