The X-ray rocking curve near absorption edges

Description
A new formula for calculating the single crystal rocking curve near an absorption edge is given. Some numerical calculations for a thick crystal in the Bragg case are carried out to compare the present and traditional formulae and to demonstrate the usefulness of the present formula to study X-ray anomalous scattering.
