Effect of Tween 80 on the lipophilicity, plasma binding and biodistribution of 99mTc-tetrofosmin
Description
The mixed injection is prepared by adding Tween 80 solution to the 99mTc-tetrofosmin injection. The lipophilicity, protein binding and in vivo distribution of the two injections are studied. The results indicate that the partition coefficient and plasma binding are changed for the addition of Tween 80. Compared with 99mTc-tetrofosmin, the 99mTc-tetrofosmin + Tween 80 (ω = 0.1%) mixed injection has lower liver uptake and higher heart/liver ratio
